At Rooted Tribe Hot Yoga we believe that everything in the body is connected in one way or another. The great thing about Rooted Tribe is we offer a variety of things that can help create balance in your body and life.

 

Yoga combined with strength training (all of our inferno classes) for instance is more of parasympathetic activity which leaves the body in a "rest and digest mode." When the body is in this state is calms the nervous system and the mind. This can help with things such a decreasing your stress levels.

 

When you combine things like this with great nutrition it can help heal the adrenals, the immune system, and much more!
