We are excited once again to take people, to practice at a new destination ✨ There is something exciting about taking our practice outside our comfort zone, trying new places, meeting new people but when we do, we grow💛 and it not always about getting on our mats to practice, but it is in the journey to get there.
Friendships and communities grow in the journey. We find experience of bringing people with different thoughts, personalities, bodies, and souls on a journey and yet we realize that we are all one, with one common goal, love and light!
So we hope you join us this Sunday for Yoga at the Lady of the Rockies, and a few laughs on the bus ride to experience the views, while we bring love into our souls✨

We are honored to team up with @occupelvichealth this Thursday for a Pelvic Floor Workshop 🤍

Karla Ehlers is a certified Occupational Therapist with specialty training in Pelvic Health. She is a women’s health advocate and believes it’s never too early or late to learn about your body-in particular your pelvic floor. Karla helps women overcome bladder, bowel, and pelvic pain concerns in order to live a more active and meaningful life. She helps women virtually with 1:1 Pelvic Health support and through In-Person and Virtual Women’s Health Workshops. She travels full time in her RV with her husband and enjoys hiking, yoga, camping, and trying out new restaurants!
