Hot Hatha is a 60-minute class, that is based on the 26 postures and breathing exercises that stem from the Bikram practice. Hatha is practiced in a heated studio of 105 degree heat with 40% humidity. Hot Hatha heals, detoxifies, and tones. Hatha works to cleanse the internal organs, cleaning you from the inside out. Hatha Yoga also works every muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, gland, cell, and joint in the body. It builds strength, flexibility, and balance, and increases your cardiovascular and circulatory systems while burning up to 600-800 calories a class. Throughout hatha you will find the class challenging and exciting practice, which is great for the beginner as well as the advanced Practitioner.
Fire & Flow Vinyasa
Join us for this fun flow style class. In our vinyasa class, you will find a movement of asanas that will flow together throughout class. As a practitioner, you will learn how to link the body's movement with breath using static asanas into a dynamic flow. The length of one inhale, or one exhale dictates the length of time spent transitioning between postures. Asanas are then held for a predefined number of breaths.
Buti classes utilize a spiral structure technique to facilitate the release and toning of the body - physical, emotional, and energetic. Through primal movement, dynamic asana, and cardio-sprints, students breakdown the emotional barriers that hold them back from achieving self-love and true human connection. Music guides our classes like an internal GPS - no more 8 counts or reps. The beat blended movement forces you out of your head and INTO YOUR BODY. It is in this magical place that you integrate your human experience instead of escape it. All formats incorporate elements of shaking and vibration to help release stored trauma and stimulate cellular reorganization.
Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) was created by Gabriella (Gabi) Walters, a certified yoga and Pilates instructor. It's a training system that combines the Pilates principles with HIIT, and is performed in a heated room set to 95 degrees and 40 percent humidity. It's a full-body workout, designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health. It's high-intensity, but low-impact, which helps protect the joints and muscles.
inferno Hot Body Sculpt
This class was also created by Gabriella (Gabi) Walters. Inferno Hot Body Sculpt is a class that focuses on HIIT training. The room is at 100 degrees with 40 percent humidity, this helps raise the heart rate allowing you to enter the calorie-burning mode. You will focus on specific muscle groups with weights and bands. This class may sound similar to Inferno Hot Pilates, but the difference is in this class you will be working out in higher temperatures and less cardio with the weights, thus allowing you to sculpt your muscles and core.
Total Body Infusion
Total Body Infusion combines full body weight training with high-intensity interval training, to sculpt the whole body. Training this way gives you max calorie burn that helps torch the abs and build lean muscle mass.
Yin Yoga is a little different than our other yoga classes because this class is not hot. There is minimal talking to allow you to focus on self-meditation. Yin postures are held for around 3-5 minutes. All postures are practiced on the floor (there are no standing postures). The postures throughout the class will focus on working the connective tissue in the body.
Unwind, Restore, Renew. Our restorative class is a cooler and slower-paced alternative to our other flow classes. This class is a slow relaxing flow with a mixture of Yin Yoga (where postures are held for longer periods). The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, and also wonderful for intermediate students who want to slow it down and sink deeper into their practice. The room is lightly heated to 88 degrees.
Hell's Bells is another class created by Gabi Walters, it combines kettlebells with heat. This class really raises your heart rate to get the maximum benefits from a short 30 minute class. We focus on alignment and form to really target the muscle groups.
